Lotte small jug Figgjo Flint Norway 1960’s Turi design

PLEASE NOTE: I’m listing more Lotte items, postage can be combined.
Small jug 7.8cm high Although it’s probably been lightly used in excellent condition, almost as new, can’t find anything wrong with it.. no chips, crazing or damage.
Very good examples of this iconic and highly collected range of whimsically decorated dinnerware.
The Norwegian town of Figgjo has been home to the Figgjo pottery since 1941 and are still going today. The Flint part of the name came after they merged with Stavangerflint in 1968 so named because they used flint in the glaze making it particularly chip resistant.
However it is the Turi design of the vintage era that collectors and users love.. especially the Lotte range. Turi Gramstad Oliver worked there as a designer from 1960. She designed the Lotte range not long after in 1963.
